The Project

Train the Body. Strengthen the Mind. Discover Your Potential.

We believe transformation happens when the body, mind and spirit move in the same direction. The Trinity Project brings together experience, science, endurance and mindset to help people go beyond simply becoming fitter — a multi-day residential training programme led by experts who focus on the skills you carry into your entire triathlon journey.

It is for beginners taking their first step as much as seasoned athletes chasing performance — structured swim, bike and run sessions with nutrition, recovery and race-craft, capped by a mock triathlon that puts it all together.

Come and immerse yourself with us — where we eat, breathe, live, sleep and repeat triathlon, making it our lifestyle. Our purpose is to help you discover what you are capable of, then give you the knowledge, discipline and confidence to pursue it.

Swim · The Foundation

Sydney Olympian and Arjuna Awardee. Nisha believes sport is where confidence, discipline and courage begin. Patient, precise and encouraging, she helps athletes overcome fear, build technique and rediscover the joy of the water — a life skill and a pathway to self-belief.

Learn. Believe. Transform.

Timtim Sharma

Timtim Sharma

Run · The Explorer

Endurance athlete, coach and mountaineer who believes our greatest limits are the ones we create ourselves. TEDx speaker, Boston-Qualified marathoner, AMC-qualified mountaineer — motivation may start you, but discipline is what carries you forward.

Go beyond your limits.

Ankush Sharma

Ankush Sharma

Cycle · The Mindset

Cyclist, endurance athlete, coach and race director. Ankush believes endurance is built as much in the mind as the body — his coaching is about resilience, preparation, and staying committed when the body says stop. Every challenge is a chance to understand yourself better.

"It took me three months just to learn to float, and an open-water DNF nearly stopped me for good. On the final morning of camp I swam 1 km in the lake — no tow float, no feet down, no panic. Nisha, Timtim and Ankush were in the water with us, every single session."

"The camp is truly one of its kind — tucked away in nature, completely immersed in learning the sport the right way. Sunrise open-water swims, rides and runs through rolling hills, detailed analysis of our swim, bike and run, and the why behind everything we do."

"Ankush took over my cycling training, and from zero bike-handling skills he had me racing my first triathlon after just 8 rides. The amount of confidence he instilled in me, I just can't explain."

"Water has always been my biggest fear — I'd never swum in open water without a tow float. This camp changed that completely, with Nisha right behind me, guiding me like a child learning to walk. That confidence I'll carry forever."

"Ankush transformed my cycling — not just technique but discipline and character. Every ride over these past days has been a PR, built on the foundation he gave me. Selfless, charismatic, a genuinely good person."

"Words cannot do justice to our experience. From the location to the food, everything was perfect — and we were only three, so we swam, cycled and ran alongside an Olympian and India's fastest woman triathlete."
